Aviation laws are the branch of law that concerns about the legal operation of the aircraft, air travel, flight etc. also the aviation law covers the facilities and the maintenance of the aviation. The federal and the state government are both involved and regulate the air traffic. In many cases of the aviation laws is also considered to be the international laws because of the nature of the air travel. However the rules and the regulation of the airlines also come in the aviation law.
