What is the constitutional law? It’s a big question, as only the scope of this name is extremely huge. Constitutional law basically covers all the foundational laws which our nation is based upon. The invention and implementation of laws by the government and the scope of authority and power given to the government is regulated by constitutional law. Just like it sounds, it is supported by the tenets of a constitution and all elements within the constitution that outline the power of the state, government and people.
