And we feel helpless in these situations and leave the retailer on their way. In this case, Most people avoid to go in the shop again and aware other for poor services.</p>
<p>All this happen because lack of knowledge about consumer laws and their rights. So if you also face a fraud condition then you are free to make a civil claim on a dealer. But before making civil claim firstly approach to the dealer. And never approach to court if you are not aware of consumer laws. A consumer has rights a choice for safety, information, representation, personal likings.<span id="more-45"></span></p>
<p>The types of frauds are: When one answers your question and they know that they are lying this is a case of out-right fraud. When one answered you and they don’t know whether they are true or not, this is a half-truth fraud. And someone lie with you for the purpose of selling their products or some purpose, this is a case of concealing fraud. Also there are many other frauds like car dealer fraud where you thousands of dollars are involved, you should take an action against the dealers. The good ways for making complains are,</p>
<ol>
<li>Make a call to the consumer forum with the details of the parson’s first and last name, date and time with other details of your complaint.</li>
<li>Send a mail containing all details of fact and documents copy. Always keep one copy with you what you send and give them a deadline for a response. The mail you are sending should be certified.</li>
<li>You can complain an “Attorney General” by filling a printed complain form or on-line form.</li>
<li>Also you can file a complain to a better business Bureau by a call or on their websites. The contact numbers of local offices of business bureau are present in you phone book.</li>
<li>Take a legal action against the party in small claims court or request the Attorney for handle the case for you.</li>
</ol>
<p>After buying a product services should be included. A warranty is a surety that the product will work as proposed or if any repair will needed warrantor will take a responsibility for that. A warranty problem occurs when manufacturer stated wrong policy or confusing. So Before buying any good be sure that the warranty statements are clearly mentioned. Then it is better to refuse buy a product. In this way you can get out of problems of services.</p>
