			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Generally the reasons of traffic violation are exceed speed limit of your  vehicle, failure to use turn signals and driving in wrong way. As per the  Department of Motor Vehicles&#8217; traffic violation guide, these are some of strict  liability offenses which should prohibited by the person. To follow these  strict liability offenses Traffic-Violation regulations are applied. This will  help to avoid unsafe driving and improve behavior of bad driving.</p>
<p>The best way to avoid traffic violation is follow the rule and regulation  stated by state for traffic.<span id="more-38"></span></p>
<p><strong>Some Major Traffic Violation laws are:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Do not enter where U-turns prohibited.</li>
<li>Whenever needed, Blow the horn.</li>
<li>Do not apply breaks inadequately.</li>
<li>Keep slow speed on Bridges.</li>
<li>Crossing solid asphalt road markings.</li>
<li>Car will block don’t enter motor vehicles.</li>
<li>Devices required for Directional Signal also signal required for lane  change.</li>
<li>Don’t drive in Breakdown Lane.</li>

<p>If  in case you get a traffic ticket, and you suppose to not a guilty then firstly  get a Traffic Violation Guide from your local DMV (Department of Motor  Vehicle). And get familiar to traffic violation rules to make sure that you are  not a guilty. Then you can request a trial in short File a complaint against  non-guilty with the help of Courts Clerk.</p>
<p>To  arrange a trial there are many way, On Your appearance date you can informally  request for a trial after meeting to the Deputy Prosecutor, also you can call  to Clerk office for refusing over the phone and request for the trial date; or  write to the Clerk, indicating that you deny committing the offense and request  a trial. On a date of trial be prepare with your evidences and all of you  witnesses must be present .Keep in mind that Give reasonable grounds to the  judge for dismissing your traffic ticket.</p>
<p>After  hearing the incidence the judge might give results on your side and dismiss the  ticket or give results against you. This might cause to pay some amount of  fine. If you will unable to pay your fine and costs, a letter will be send by the  Clerk&#8217;s office subjecting your failure and give you more thirty (30) days limit  to pay or request the Clerk&#8217;s office a bench trial If you will not able to  respond to that letter, This will appeared for certification to Motor Vehicle  Bureau and they have an authority to suspend your driving license</p>
