Environmental laws is the body of law with a complex system, common law, treaties, conventions and policies that look to protect the organic environment which is affected and endanger by the humans.

There are many environmental services work for the industries that contaminate the planet for long period of time and endanger the life of flora and fauna. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in U.S introduces number of laws and regulations for promoting the awareness about the environmental services.

Fungicide and rodenticides which was Act introduce in 1947 including the Federal Insecticide. Because of such act the laws started giving more attention to the other environmental issues such as Federal water pollution control Act which was introduce in 1948 which was best known for the clean water and also following to that other Act called clean air which was passed in 1955. Many other important laws that were the 1972 coastal zone management act , the Act for Marine Protection Research, and Sanctuaries , the 1973 Endangered Species Act and the act for in 1990 was the National Environmental Education Act and Pollution Prevention Act all this above act encourages the expansion of the new services.

Current research made the survey that the consumer does not look positively to the companies because the goods and the services they provide that make harm to the environmental system. On the other side companies that are producing goods and also seriously concerning about the environment factors are widely supported by the consumers. Because of the large expanding of the business development there should be better protection for the environment and that greatly encourages the social responsibility? This can be seen to the most well known companies that are joining to the UNO global compact program because of this charitable promise many business organizations are encourage to work with the principles of people’s rights, environmental protection, employee rights and the anti corruption.

Making such research also shows that the environmental system provides motivation for the innovation and the efficiency to encourage firms that are developing less polluting products in the environment.

In all this cases this was argued that all the development firms have gone outside for what it is legally required for them and it also make some commercial sense to the environment. Hence, the role for the business development is not only to obey the rules and regulations of the laws but to also discover the things and go further to see what is legally required for the environment in order to reduce the pollution and helps protecting the human life.
