5. Take a legal action against the party in small claims court or request the Attorney for handle the case for you.

After buying a product services should be included. A warranty is a surety that the product will work as proposed or if any repair will needed warrantor will take a responsibility for that. A warranty problem occurs when manufacturer stated wrong policy or confusing. So Before buying any good be sure that the warranty statements are clearly mentioned.
